Remove parentheses.

$a = \frac{\sqrt{3}}{4} s^{2}$

Step 2

Combine $\frac{\sqrt{3}}{4}$ and $s^{2}$ .

$a = \frac{\sqrt{3} s^{2}}{4}$

Step 3

To rewrite as a function of $s$ , write the equation so that $a$ is by itself on one side of the equal sign and an expression involving only $s$ is on the other side.

$f (s) = \frac{\sqrt{3} s^{2}}{4}$
